Bad Cat Amplifiers warrants to the original purchaser that this Bad Cat amplifier or cabinet, if used under normal operating conditions, as determined at Bad Cat’s sole discretion, will be free of defects in parts and workmanship for a period of five (5) years. Speakers used within your Bad Cat product are warranted for three (3) years, while all other parts and accessories are warranted for two (2) years. Vacuum tubes used within your Bad Cat product are warranted for six (6) months. This limited warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when purchased from an authorized Bad Cat dealer and is subject to all other limitations set forth herein. Warranties are non-transferable. Registration and proof of purchase is required for Manufacturer’s Warranty coverage.
All warranty periods are effective from the original date of retail purchase so long as the original owner can provide the authorized warranty service provider with the original sales receipt showing date of retail purchase, model, and dealer name and address.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Bad Cat Amplifiers or their local authorized Bad Cat service center. Products determined to be defective by Bad Cat Amplifiers will be repaired or, at Bad Cat’s sole discretion, replaced by another similar unit without charge to the owner. All transportation and insurance costs associated with warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Most tube amplifier problems are caused by tube failure and can usually be resolved simply by replacing the faulty tube(s) for which the owner is responsible. Replacement of tubes outside their own warranty period is considered routine maintenance and is also the owner’s responsibility. Abuse, misuse or failure to properly maintain your Bad Cat amplifier or cabinet may, at Bad Cat’s discretion, invalidate this warranty.
The authorized Bad Cat dealer from whom you purchased your Bad Cat product should always be the first point of contact. In some cases, they may also be an authorized service center, or trained to troubleshoot and help you resolve basic issues, and/or determine if more in-depth warranty service may be required by an authorized Bad Cat service center.
In those rare cases when self-help resources and/or connecting with your Bad Cat dealer does not resolve the problem, your dealer can arrange service or repair through an authorized Bad Cat service center, or with Bad Cat directly in the United States.

Refunds and exchanges may be accepted at the sole discretion of the dealer for purchases made online or in-store. Items purchased from authorized Bad Cat Dealers cannot and should not be returned directly to Bad Cat Amps. Please contact the dealer where you purchased your Bad Cat product to inquiry about a return or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges may be accepted at the sole discretion of Bad Cat for purchases made through www.badcatamps.com. Any refund or exchange may be subject to a 20 % restocking fee. Customers requesting refunds or exchanges must pay all costs of shipment to, and from, Bad Cat.
Custom products are non-returnable including custom orders on colors and fabrics. When returning merchandise to the factory, you must call or fill out the form below for a return authorization number (RMA). Any items arriving without a proper RMA number will be rejected at customer’s expense. Please email support@badcatamps.com to initiate a return.
